Greetings and peace from God, our Father, and Christ Jesus our Lord.

 

Over the last twenty-three years, hundreds of thousands of you have seen me standing on bridges over major highways in this city, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It has not been possible for me to speak to you until now.

 

During the last twenty-five years I have called all the leaders to help me with this. They refused to answer me. I have pleaded with God not to punish us because of our leaders. I requested He give me one opportunity to call out to you on the grounds that He gave each of you free will to choose, and your leaders both political and religious have denied you that right from June 1979 till present.

 

Through the mercy of God I now call you on behalf of His Christ, to assist Him with His church, to establish Justice throughout the earth, starting with Canada. This call is directed to Christians everywhere but should be of interest to all men concerned with peace and justice, Mathew 20:16.

 

I ask the wise men of the church to assist me by extending the use of the church and its facilities for my petition and to attend to all the necessary details connected with it. Christ was supposed to make an inward and outward difference.

 

I believe these buildings were erected to serve Christ as our High Priest before God, if not they may as well be torn down as serving no one effectively. Christ was born to be King of the Jews. It is for this reason the church was built, to prove He had the ability and the wisdom to rule wisely. It is time now to prove this to the children of Israel, that through your mercy, God will have mercy on them, Romans 11.

 

The Jews are bonded to the word; the gentiles are free men always. God has commanded them to establish Justice in all lands they reside in. They cannot do this without you. We must prove we accept Christ as their King and ours.

 

 All who expect to inherit on the promise given to Abraham are commanded to sign this petition; all others who wish to be heard are welcome to join us. Let it be said we can successfully work together in the interest of peace and justice

I ask no mans’ political affiliation but ask you to respect the office of the *Prime Minister as being the highest office given to man representing the people of * Canada. It is through this office God commands we proceed. You support your country and your church; so do not be dissuaded from this work. You have a double right to be heard. Without your support there would be no government or church.

 

The petition is this:

 

We the people of * Canada, petition our * Prime Minister to grant us a Royal Commission to establish a Justice Review Board with the authority to amend the Constitution as they deem just. This board is to consist of an equal number of lawyers and clergy, thereby insuring the rights of all * Canadians.

 

Representatives of the clergy agree to adhere to the authorized King James translation of the scriptures and to be known hereafter as the Holy Covenant. The lawyers are to be paid by the country, the clergy to be paid by their respective churches.

 

Until legality and morality come together into reality there can be no such thing as justice.

1. To set just court room procedures.

2. To cut through the bureaucracy.

3. To appoint just judges.

4. To pass laws demanded by the people according to the majority and pass them into the legislature to be recorded as a matter of law.

 

It is for this reason THE JUSTICE REVIEW BOARD must have the authority to amend the Constitution as they deem just. All laws demanded by the people must have top priority in the legislature coming ahead of all other business, for it will already be law and must become effective as soon as it is recorded.

 

The Holy Covenant must decide on issues of peace and justice only, and hand the facilities of the churches over to the people. In this way will you determine a better future for * Canada and * Canadians.

 

This concludes the petition.

 

On the Sabbath day the flag shall be lowered to half mast indicating a day of worship. This is to begin Friday sundown until Saturday sundown. This was changed by order of King Constantine 321 A.D.,

to the first day of the week.

 

No man can change the commandments given to Moses, Revelation 12: 17. Exodus 20:1-20.

 

No money shall pass hands in the church this day. It is for worship, not collections.

 

I know all the churches will not honor my request. Those whose faith is founded on the scriptures shall. They will be known hereafter as Christ's undivided church; truly the stone the builder's refused has become the most important.

Psalm 118:22-23-24.

 

The flags will help us to find each other. We are brethren

   

The Holy Covenant must accept three goals.

 

1. To feed the poor.

 

2. To restore Jerusalem to the Messiah, the Prince.

 

3. To teach one understanding of the scriptures. God shall bring forth His own to teach.

 

It is time to place accountability on the church.

 

All Christ's churches must register with The Holy Covenant and send a financial statement quarterly.

 

The Holy Covenant must review these and where necessary issue directives. Should the responsibility to carry out the directive be ignored, the responsible party shall be removed from his congregation as it is written. Ezekiel 34: 7-11.

 

This will put an end to exploitation of the word.

 

The churches who register with the Holy Covenant will receive a certificate and a registration number. Do not fear this. This will not affect your ability to either buy or sell. It is merely a way of keeping records straight. The time must come when we will not enter any church without one in plain view.

 

This petition must be by free choice. No man must ever have the right to legislate a belief in God. By protecting the rights of those who choose not to believe, we protect ourselves more. Rev.13: 11-18.

 

We must not allow ourselves to be driven from our function because of duplication.

 

We must learn to tell the true from the false. One is by choice always, the other is demanded. 2 THESS 2: 1-17.

 

Will you now assist me? We must use both the political and the religious structures to serve us all. They must grow together as it is written.

Peace and Justice must be the goal and the right of all. We need a voice. We need the power to amend the Constitution to insure these.

I also request you to record the number of signatures collected on the back of the post office receipts. This is to be used as a means of identification for the teachers who will call on you. This will be tangible proof of your willingness to serve the God of Israel and Christ as His chosen King. It is by our deeds we shall be known as His people. REVELATION 22: 6-17.

 

We shall now enter a new agreement with God; we shall have JUSTICE or VENGEANCE.

 

The responsibility to establish true justice belongs to us. Vengeance belongs to God. Should we fail to bring forth one, God shall not fail to bring forth the other.

 

Remember this; testimony given in the court rooms of North America is given under oath to God as the truth, sworn on the scriptures. It is this act that makes justice a responsibility of the church as well as the political structure.

 

To those who comply with this request arrange to have someone in the church at all times. The doors must never be locked again. Let it be a sanctuary to all. Busy yourselves with the solving of one another's troubles

 

We must be ready to share what we have.  MATTHEW 25: 3 1-46.

 

Let this be your duty until teachers come to you. Do not let them find any church with a white flag locked or they shall pass over you. There is much for them to do and little time to do it.

 

They will not teach on radio or TV. Watch for them. Wait for them. DANIEL 12:4.

 

There is only time to teach one understanding of scripture to those who prepare for it before the prophecy of DANIEL takes place. MATTHEW 24:11-15.

 

Christ did say unless you become as a little child and be taught again you shall in no wise enter in. MATTHEW 18: 3-4.

 

Christ said when it was time for His kingdom His servants would fight for it. JOHN 18: 36.

 

The time is now, the weapon, the law. Be sure, Christ never did cast away his people. ROMANS 11: 1-32.

 

Again, all that has been done was for one end that was to create judgment - THE JUSTICE REVIEW BOARD. See JOHN 15: 22 and JOHN 9: 39-41.

Beware of the trickery of Satan for many have already been deceived. If it is against the commandments of God or the scriptures it is not from God. The commandments were given to us for our protection and the only way we can be sure what comes from God and what does not.

 

Why pray to the dead rather than the living God?

Satan claimed he would have us worship him over God and he has succeeded with many of us.

 

Trash your pictures, statues and rosaries.  They are not holy.

 

In fact they are the opposite, regardless of what you may have been taught. They are idolatry against the commandments.

 

Will you lose your soul for these artifacts?

The Peace Lady and we are in the end times. This means one kingdom ends and another begins.

This is not a five minute or instant read but if you really want a better world it is worth the time it takes to understand. We can change this world without using more than our pen. The road to peace does not come through violence.

 

 

 

My GOD, I pray these notes will wake up the spirit of truth in Christ’s people and his church or we are all damned. It is written Eve would be saved in child bearing but they do not know or understand me. They will not help. They need to be taught again for they remain ignorant of YOUR PLAN to separate the children of Eve, from the children of the serpent.

Where is my help?

Where is Adam 1 and 2?

We need them now.

 

 

 

There is no rapture for North America.

 

This belief has rendered Christ’s churches useless in taking any responsibility in matters pertaining to this world, which is the exact opposite of everything Jesus preached and stood for.

 

It was his plan the church would be his godly horse in battle. Zechariah 10:30.

 

A church not persecuted in this world is under Satan’s control.

 

The world will not change by itself and Christ’s spirit was sent to help us set up Christ’s government, but none of the churches in this city, Toronto Canada, would hear what the spirit said to the churches. They did not understand how this was to be done.

 

It was to be done through the woman in revelation 12, The Peace Lady.

 

  

 

Paul assured us Christ could not come until all things are fulfilled and we have not yet made any effort to establish Christ’s government. To do this we the people, must speak,  to set up a white flag in plain view, for all to see. In this way we begin to change the world and threaten Satan’s control over it. The church will then begin to suffer persecution. We then know we are truly serving GOD and starting to make a difference for good over evil in this world.

 

 

 

The rapture will pick up the two prophets after death in Jerusalem along with the 144,000 teachers who will be gathered there after covering the world.

Daniel 12:4 and Rev.14:1-5.

 

 

 

A REVOLUTION WITHIN CHRIST’S CHURCHES IS A NECESSITY TO SAVE THE WORLD AND ESTABLISH GOD’S KINGDOM ON EARTH AS IT IS WRITTEN IN REVELATIONS. THE KINGDOMS OF THIS WORLD ARE BECOMING THE KINGDOMS OF OUR GOD WITH THE POWER OF HIS CHRIST.

 

This can only be accomplished by all Christ’s people agreeing to come together under one banner. It will be our battle banner, a plain white flag set up in the name of Jesus as it is written.

 

THE RELIGIOUS LEADERS WILL NOT ORDER THIS. - I DO. 

THEY REFUSE TO GIVE THEIR POWER OVER TO GOD AND YOU. - I WILL.

 

 

 

In 1970 GOD gave me a vision where I would teach the world something. This seemed impossible for I knew nothing that could possibly interest the world.

 

Starting in 1979 HE gave me messages for the churches. At first I did not understand them, I just delivered. I did not belong to any church.

 

In time I came to understand better than the religious leaders. In three years I knew no one was an expert on GOD or visions, or for that matter, even the Bible itself, although many claimed to be.

 

GOD was teaching me HIMSELF and I was becoming an expert on all the things

HE was revealing to me.

They were all in the Bible.

 

The religious leaders have made themselves high and mighty and the people can no longer accept plain and simple. They have forgotten CHRIST lived as a simple carpenter and his disciples were ordinary fishermen. Jesus washed the feet of his disciples and commanded them to do the same.

How things have changed! 

The leaders now live better than the master.

 

It is the same GOD.  HE has not changed, nor HIS WAY of doing things.  HE still chooses the simple and the least expected; because of this I have been unable to deliver GOD’S MESSAGE FOR PEACE.

 

 

 

You think you understand the Bible and anyone can teach it?

Well you are wrong!

Today there is no one but me and very few others.

They are ordinary people not part of the churches, nor are they allowed to teach.

GOD HIMSELF has taught them. Two of them will soon be clothed in sackcloth, to accomplish their work recorded in Revelation 11.

 

 

 

Without fully understanding and proper leaders, this world will not change and it is so easily done. I am the woman in Revelation 12 and it is my destiny to teach you. In order to understand we must go back in time to the Garden of Eden.

 

A loving GOD would not put temptation in front of those HE loved without very good reason. The tree of knowledge was HIS ANSWER to Satan’s challenge to HIM for control of this world. The challenge came when GOD ordered HIS angels to serve man. Satan refused to bow down to anything that was created from the earth and many of his followers with him, to give us a contrast over who would serve us HE planned to send Jesus

 

 

 

From the day Eve took from the tree of knowledge she was predestined to have a confrontation with Satan and he knew it.

Satan had been outwitted by GOD, for it was by his own volition Eve receive the knowledge to destroy his power in this world.

For 6,000 years GOD has insured the word would be fulfilled by calling Adam and Eve throughout their regenerations.

 

This is where it is going to be hard for many of you. You will need to listen with your hearts as well as your common sense.

In order to overthrow Satan and all his army, time would be required. 

It is time for GOD’S people to fill the earth.

 

Satan said, man would rather serve me than YOU and I will draw them all away.

Man had no way to know GOD for HE could not put on flesh and become like us.

Jesus came to exhibit all the qualities of GOD, in this way we would get to know HIM the only way it was possible, so Jesus although not GOD was HIS REPRESENTATIVE.

 

 

 

 We are created in the image of GOD; this refers to our spiritual body which only GOD can kill. During our existence we have many lives in this physical world. 

This was GOD’S gift to us and it was good. 

Arrogance and greed have made it impossible for everyone to live the way we were intended. 

 

We can change this!

 

To keep GOD’S plan on track, throughout time HE had to insure Adam and Eve survive this world. They became Noah and his wife;

Abraham and Hagar,

Joseph and Mary,

Kelly Foreman and Pauline Davis.

 

The name Foreman is also a sign of predestination.

 

In 1979 God did arrange the two of us would meet. We both learned I was to do this work for Christ and I would be crucified for it. 

Kelly prayed and asked to take half my pain when the time, GOD ACCEPTED.

This done, I received word we would be tested by the devil himself for thirty days.

I told him he would have to choose between me and someone else.

That someone else was his favourite aunt. 

Not wanting to hurt him I simply said someone else. 

I learned by not disclosing the party; as the spirit had told me, I did not give him a warning.

 

  

 

In thirty days he left because of his aunt.  God did not allow her to go unpunished she lost her entire business in a very short time.  I tried to warn her. She did not listen.

I saw an angel go into her place of business and do a complete circle pointing to the edges of the room; as he did so fire began all around the room. I feared for her life and tried to warn her three times. She would not listen and said I was jealous because she had more power then me.  I assured her I had no power, I just got messages.

 

In each life GOD made HIS PRESENCE known to us. Through regeneration the earth has filled with children of the LIVING GOD. All of this was revealed at the time of Adam and Eve. The time has come to prove who we serve, be it THE LIVING GOD and HIS CHRIST or the rulers of this world under Satan’s control.

 

 

 

Again ignorance of the true understanding of scripture has caused problems for women.

God said Eve’s desire would be to her husband and she would be his helpmate.

The time for this is now. 

I am the one who has endured the woods and all the troubles associated with it while he has been free.

The time has come for him to take his place. 

When he comes the spirit will return to me. His name is Adam ll.

He will help us to prepare for the return of the Messiah. 

Kelly will also see God has kept HIS PROMISE made to him when he was Abraham.

 

 

                    

 

God said HE would make of him a great nation and he would bring forth twelve princes and then the agreement would be complete. This is the Muslims and the QURAN.

The book is complete there will not be any more prophets.

They must now move forward under the LIVING GOD.

 

 

 

 Christians and Jews are under the promise of ISAAC and the original promise to Abraham.

Time for Abraham to witness with his own eyes just what GOD has done.

The spirit will now help us to make this world a better place

Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of GOD...

 

 

 

The constitution is based on belief in GOD and country but GOD has no share of the power.

It is time to do this.

We must reclaim half the power of the federal government, in the name of Jesus and set it up to deal with the petitions of the nation, in matters of peace and justice. 

This will give us control over both our political and religious leaders separating church from state.

How many times did the political system attempt to establish an amending formula for the constitution and fail?

Do you even remember?

There are newspaper articles found in the Globe and Mail archives when I tried to reach Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau.

On a television appearance back in those days Trudeau said, if you don’t like the system bring in your own.” He was accused by some of being arrogant.

Few understood!

I thought we might succeed, for GOD had been sending messages to the religious leaders through me.

They all refused to listen.

 

 

 

In a democracy the power belongs to the people and we can reclaim half of it. This will make a true democracy, giving all the people a voice on issues, without being trapped in party politics.

None of us are hired and given full control over our work.

We answer to someone and we the people must be that someone and it must be done in a way that actually works. This is it.

 

 

 

Canada is in the Bible.  We have been called the North Country.  Scripture calls us the land of the north, foretold thousands of years ago.

This is one of the many ways for man to know GOD and prove HE has always cared but the system was created by your free will and must be changed the same way.

 

 

 

In Revelation 12 it describes two scenes witnessed in heaven, which simply means GOD is watching. In one scene you have the great dragon having ten horns and seven heads with seven crowns.

 

 

 

A horn is a strong voice and there are ten of them. 

We have ten provinces in Canada so there are ten premiers.

This would remain a mystery to us for almost two thousand years; being completed in 1949, when Newfoundland joined the confederation of Canada.

The seven heads with crowns are present day religious leaders.

 

 

 

The tail of the dragon is one third of the population of the earth, China.

 

In a vision GOD showed me the great persecution that is happening to many citizens of China for no good reason.

 

Their fate could be ours.

 

Many people have been called criminals and their organs are being harvested for nothing more than the practice of meditation.

GOD has heard their cries and we must listen too.

 

We must unite in the name of Jesus to stand against this unjust persecution of the innocent.

Only by uniting in the name of Jesus do we number enough to make them listen. 

Failure to do this and our fate is sealed for no nation can withstand them should they decide to march against us.

This has been called the yellow peril.

 

 

 

The second scene is me clothed with the sun, representing Chris;, the crown of twelve stars representing the twelve tribes of Israel, and the moon under my feet is where I will go from Canada to Iraq and the Muslims.

Hagar was the mother of Ishmael, Abraham’s first born.

So Eve was destined to be the mother of all living. GOD said HE made a new agreement with the sun, the moon and the stars, this means us all, Christians, Muslims and Israel.

                                                                               

 

 

 

The man-child is Jesus, who was my son and I carry his government.

 

A government run by all the people under GOD with Christ as our king.

 

A government that will deliver truth justice and freedom to all people who wish to be heard in matters of peace and justice regardless of race or religion.

Christ came to literally save the world and we are now on very dangerous ground.

 

 

 

If you believe in Jesus you are called now to make a stand against the rulers of his churches and set up a white flag in plain view for all to see.

 

This is tangible proof of your willingness to serve the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob with Christ as our king.

 

Remember GOD IS WATCHING!

 

In Oct. and Nov. 2006, I placed a flyer on over 300 churches in Toronto telling them who I was and that I was going to take control over all of Christ’s churches before it was too late for all flesh. They either threatened or ignored me. The flyer was also delivered to all the major newspapers in this city along with some radio commentators and Oprah Winfrey to help save our city. No response.

 

 

 

 

It is written, O DAUGHTER OF MY PEOPLE, BE IN PAIN AND LABOUR TO BRING FORTH LIKE A WOMAN IN TRAVAIL.

 

This means it does not end, year after year until the thing is accomplished. ‘IN SORROW THOU SHALL BRING FORTH THY CHILDREN. SHALL I CAUSE TO TRAVAIL AND NOT BRING FORTH SAITH THE LORD?. SHALL I CAUSE TO BRING FORTH AND SHUT THE WOMB SAITH THY GOD? OR SHALL A NATION BE BORN AT ONCE?

 

THE TIME HAS COME TO HAVE MERCY ON ZION.

 

 Is this now?

 

 IS CHRIST’S FAITH IN US JUSTIFIED?

 

TIME ALONE WILL TELL.

 

Christ’s church is fine at the bottom; the people have good hearts and are trying according to what they have been taught.

 

The trouble is at the top.

 

If Christ really means something to you, prove it now or he won’t know you, no matter what you have done in his name.

 

 

 

The sorrows of Eve are the years in labour from 1979, twenty-three of them living in the wilderness north of the city, as it is written in the scriptures. 

 

“Go north of the city and dwell in the field and from there thou shall go to Babylon.”
